Speak the Web Manchester
I’m making more of an effort to attend web design events and conferences this year.
First up is http://speaktheweb.org a small, low cost web design and development event to be held in Manchester at NOHO bar. It’s looking like a pretty relaxed event, nothing like your big arena conferences. Its more in the style of a gig with a hand full of speakers Andy Clark, Remy Sharp, Dom Hodgson and Ben Childs.
Web design events like Speak the Web introduce you to new approaches and allow you to view the web design industry as a bigger picture. So I’m looking forward to having a pint and hearing what they have to say.
